Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – Capital Allowances, you will:

Prepare Capital Allowances Claims for new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs, and acquisitions.

Analyze Technical Construction Data, including bills of quantities, contract analyses, and drawings.

Develop Reconstruction Cost Plans using quantity surveying techniques.

Conduct Site Visits to identify qualifying assets.
-
Lead Client Engagements, building strong relationships across PwC’s client base.

Coach and Mentor Teams, fostering growth and collaboration.

Drive Business Development by identifying opportunities with new and existing clients.

Promote Innovation, embracing PwC’s digital transformation in tax advisory.
This is a leadership role, combining hands-on tax expertise with team development and business growth responsibilities.
